A large organisation requires 2 Customer Service/Administration Assistants. These are full time positions and will be for a period of around 6 months.
This role will involve taking calls from tenants with regards to repairs and any complaints or queries they have regarding these. You will be taking details of these queries, logging them and then following these through by arranging repairs and liaising with contractors. There will also be administration work involved in this role including logging details on to the computer, filing and updating records.
This is an extremely varied role and would suit someone with good customer service and administration skills. A background in housing and or repairs would also be useful.
