Gas Inspector required urgently to inspect works in kitchen upgrades where boilers or meters have been moved you will also be required to survey properties and liase with contractors and tenants.There are three very large projects at present which could have up to 200 properties to inspect at any one time.
The succesful candidates must have all required certificates and must be CNN1 registered. Also good communication skills are essential as this is a public facing role.
Initially this post is on a long term contract basis of at least 12 months, however it may progress to a permanent position for the correct candidate.
