    M&E Contracts Manager: Aberdeen - Permanent

    Closest superior: Construction Manager

    My client are in search of a Mechanical and Electrical Contracts Manager to join their successful Aberdeen team. They are looking for a candidate who has a sound knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical works and a background in the construction industry.

    The main duties and responsibilities are listed below:
    Overall responsible for the execution of all M&E works on all Primary Schools and Academies.
    Monthly report to Construction and Project Managers regarding M&E progress on all sites.
    Site Supervisor for main M&E contracts
    Responsible for status of Work Programme for M&E subcontractors, suppliers etc. and participate in weekly site meetings.
    Responsible for preparation and updating of M&E interface scheme.
    Chair monthly overall progress meeting and attend other necessary meetings.
