Support Engineer - 1st Line Support
Salary: £12,500 - £16,000

THE COMPANY
A professional services organisation based in Glasgw City Centre.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Due to company expansion, our client have recently acquired a new office and require a new support engineer to join the existing IT team.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their current skills and work for an organisation focused on the ongoing training and development of their staff.
EXPERIENCE
The role will involve providing phone and face to face 1st line support to internal users on technologies such as Windows XP, Microsoft Office, Citrix Presentation Server and a Case Management System.
You should have experience of Windows XP administration experience, Printer troubleshooting experience, Windows networking experience, Network Switch administration.
The ideal candidate would have Citrix Metaframe Experience, IT Support function experience and Networking administration. A knowledge of Telecoms & an understanding of Broadband services would advantageous.

Good communication skills are a must as is a desire to learn new skills.
