Our clients are a global banking organisation with main support offices based in Clydebank.
THE ROLE
The role, based in Clydebank, requires the candidate to prepare documents for scanning, scanning documents onto a computerised system and indexing them accordingly. The following qualities are required:
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail.
Accurate and fast data entry skills
Excellent timekeeping, attendance records and attitude to work
Have the ability to adapt quickly to new procedures and work methods
Excellent PC skills
Have developed written and oral communication skills
Excellent Typing Skills
Filing or data management experience would be ideal.
In order to be successfully all candidates will be subject to a 3 stage process:
- Must be able to provide Proof of ID(Passport), Proof of Right to Work in The UK, Proof of NI, 2x Proof of Address and a full list of references with names and contact details (for last 5 years)
- Complete a short computer based numeracy test
- Attend a 1 hour on the job assessment
The Hours of work will be 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday, the project is estimated to run for up to 18 months, however the project will be broken down in to 4/5 monthly chunks. Applications from students are welcome. These jobs are likely to start in and around June 2008.
