| My client achartered architectural practice who also provide town planning, building control, planning supervision and project management services, have an immediate requirement for an architectural technician. Currently the focus of their portfolio is mainly in timber frame construction projectsaround Dumbartonshire and further afield in the Argyll region. The role will mainly involve producing detailing and construction drawings and out surveying and meeting clients about 10% of the time. The ideal candidate will have a previous track record in detailing timber frame developments and is familiar with current Scottish regulations. The candidate should also be fluent in Autocad. This role would suit a technician who is maybe tired of the commute into Glasgow and is looking to work out of the city centre in a small friendly office based in East Dumbartonshire. The office is also within five minutes walk of the local train station and provides an easy link to Glasgow. The position includes a fantastic salary matching anything to be found in the city and also includes an annual discretionary bonus. |
