Location: High Blantyre
Salary: £15,963 - £17,597 package + bonus
Hours: 37.5 hours per week between 6.30am and midnight
Benefits Package: 7 weeks holiday, contributory pension scheme, life assurance and much more
Reporting to: Team Leader
THE COMPANY
This is a fantastic opportunity for a career within the banking industry. Our client is a fast growing organisation, rating high in their customer satisfaction surveys.
THE ROLE
You will be handling incoming calls from existing customers, answering any queries they may have and processing any requests regarding their bank accounts. Whilst providing excellent customer service, you will also be identifying opportunities to promote other products and identify leads.
EXPERIENCE
You should have previous customer service experience, excellent communication skills and want to be part of a successful team.
