THE ROLE Part time Administrator
Location: Glasgow
Salary:£7 per hour
Benefits Package: TBC
Reporting to: Office Supervisor
This is a part time permanent role; therefore applications will not be accepted from candidates returning to full time employment after summer.
Hours are flexible, however must cover 5 days.
THE COMPANY
My client is a small practise within Glasgow City Centre who is looking to expand due to their hectic workload. At present, they are looking for a part time Administrator. You will answer any incoming calls, manage both electronic and paper diaries for contractors, complete necessary paperwork, and any other general ad hoc admin duties.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
My client is looking for candidates who have experience of working in a busy administration role. You must have a polite but firm telephone manner, good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and willingness to learn new procedures.
