Part II Assistant
Global private practice seeks talented Architectural Assistant with industry experience. You will be experienced beyond your Part II qualification and have well-rounded experience in design, technical and presentation skills.
You would be offered an extremely competitive salary including; annual leave of 20 days and public holidays of around 8 or 9 days per annum, pension, healthcare and an annual bonus.
The practice has a number of projects of which you could become a part of and would utilise individual skills through study and practical experience to get a good match.
Typical Projects include:
-Speculative office developments
-Town Centre regeneration / redevelopments
-Edinburgh based further education building
-High Spec Performing Arts Centre
-Sustainable project (Further Education)
You will have:
-Part II RIBA qualification
-AutoCAD
-Experience on concept to completion of projects
-Presentation ability
-Project Running ability / potential
