I have a magnificent opportunity for an experienced site manager for my client who is one of constructions leading groups, they are looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager for their expanding construction division.
The ideal candidate would come from a construction background with experience in new build construction and refurbishment but may look at someone from a refurbishment background. Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for supervising all subcontractors activities for compliance with Health and Safety procedures to quality procedures.
Candidates should also be able to demonstrate their working knowledge and also working as part of a team and on their own initiative with excellent communication skills. Other experience should include planning the site, quality assurance and the relevant safety at work courses. IT literacy is preferred. Ideally, the candidate will have a valid CSCS card and the 5-day Site Manager Safety Training Course but candidates that also have first aid along with CSCS will be considered
