| THE ROLE Location: Clydebank Salary: £12,000 (pro rata) Benefits: Pension, healthcare, childcare vouchers & much more Hours: 8pm - midnight, 5 days over 7 Training - Full time business hours (2 weeks) THE COMPANY First People Solutions are currently recruiting for call centre professionals for the European Customer Contact Centre of a leading Scottish Bank, just a short journey from the City Centre. THE ROLE They are currently recruiting for Part Time In-Bound Customer Service Advisors to join the existing customer service team. You will be taking inbound calls from existing customers of the bank regarding their bank accounts and dealing with their queries in a professional and polite manner. As the first and often only point of contact for their customers it will be your responsibility to offer an unrivalled service to each one, as well as promoting the bank's other products.
