An established client liaison team within a local authority require a Building Surveyor to join their team. The ideal candidate will be chartered, and will have a desire for field-based, rather than office based work.
This role with involve creating tender packages,liaising with client groups and comprehensive report writing. This post does require an applicant who can work independently and manage their own work on a daily basis.
This position would suit a senior level freelance surveyor who is perhaps looking for work on a part time basis, or even working from home for part of the week.
This post is an ideal opportunity for a freelance candidate, or someone with their own consultancy looking for additional work. The contract duration is initially 3 months however this could be extended for the right person. Looking to pay competitive hourly rates and mileage allowance.
