My client a specialist sub contractor who deals with roofing and cladding have a vacancy for an AutoCad Draughtsman with a proven track record within the industry.
Established in 1987, the company has steadily grown year on year and now operates from six key sites throughout the UK. The company were the first of their kind to achieve ISO9001 accreditation and are also investors in people.
The company carries out all types of industrial roofing and cladding and has a number of specialist activities such as fully supported metal roofing, liquid membranes and coatings, single ply membranes, together with highly sophisticated roof and wall cladding's.
An opportunity has risen for a motivated, dynamic and talented AutoCad Draughtsman/Designer to join their Glasgow based team. Duties will include; preparing preliminary sketches for tender presentation purposes, attending internal contract hand-over, meeting with contracts and estimating staff, reviewing contract design and construction, attending site meetings and liaising with engineers/architects and also preparing working drawings using AutoCad.
They are seeking a professional ideally who has experience within this industry but who can contribute to the successful delivery of their projects and who is motivated by career development within this thriving industry.
