| Excellent opportunity to join an award winning global oil and Gas Company. Our client who specialises in wireline and completion products are looking to recruit an assistant for there machine shop. This role will be based with in the modern facilities a few miles west of Aberdeen. The duties will be - To control storage of raw material once it has been accepted by QA Department. To cut and prepare material as specified by Works Orders to meet production requirements. To ensure trace numbers are stamped on all raw materials at initial acceptance and any subsequent off cuts. To ensure Machine Shop area and floor are clean and tidy at all times. To empty swarf containers, especially at the end of the day. To ensure during and at the end of each shift that no material deemed high value (i.e. stainless steel, brass or bronze) and / or of a size easily carried is removed and not left outside the Machine Shop. To assist other departments if required. To engage in any other activities requested by the Machining Supervisor. Private Healthcare, Pension, 30 days annual leave, night shift uplifts, shift allowances |
