| New Job Vacancy - Assistant Property Manager Permanent Job - Salary £18k - 20k (pension, healthcare,discretionary bonus). Glasgow G2, Scotland If you are an experienced Graduate in the property market and are interested in establishing your presence in the Asset Management community within Scotland's Central Belt, this is the job for you. A market-leading multidisciplinary property consultancy, is looking for an Assistant Property/Asset Manager, to support the function of the asset management department. The ideal candidate is an employed graduate who has a considerable proportion of their APC diary complete, and who is determined to become chartered at the first available opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience, and a continued interest in the commercial management arena, and will have the ambition and tenacity required to constitute a valuable addition to the management department. They must be personable, have the capacity to take responsibility for their own progression, and be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
