| Our client is a progressive & expanding firm of Architects, Interior Designers, Space Planners & Project Managers, operating throughout Scotland - specialising in commercial building design and refurbishment. Due to their continued expansion and success they are now seeking to recruit and Architectural Technician for their busy Edinburgh, city centre office. You will receive a generous basic salary, an excellent benefits package including healthcare and excellent potential to develop within this role to progress your career. This practice has most recently achieved a turnover of nearly £10million and secured a number of major commercial new build and refurbishment projects. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience working in the field of Architecture. You will have a high level of both creative & technical ability and possess proven interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of AutoCAD and UK building regulations is essential. You will be expected to have an all round architectural knowledge (technically), be client facing, with the experience and ability to potentially project manage smaller contracts when ready. |
