THE ROLE: Outbound Home Learning Sales Advisor
LOCATION: Glasgow
SALARY: £13,500 + Uncapped Bonus OTE £24k
First People Solutions Group require experienced Customer Sales individuals who have the ability to seriously raise their earning potential.
Our client is a worldwide specialist in educational training products. Opportunities exist for persuasive, highly inquisitive individuals with the determination to work in a targeted environment. You must have a proven track record in sales and customer service, coupled with a background of working in a team focussed environment. You will be dealing with inbound/outbound calls from customers interested in a any of a wide range of home study courses, with the aim of converting each call into a sale. Full product training given.
We offer a salary of £13,500 plus uncapped bonus. Hours of work are Monday to Thursday between 11.15am until 8pm & Friday 10am to 5.30pm. (37.5 hours per week). Overtime is available.
Excellent training and opportunities to succeed within a dynamic contact centre environment in the Charing Cross area of Glasgow.
