THE ROLE
Administrator
Location: Pollokshields
Benefits Package:
First People Solutions require experienced administrators for our client, a leading retail consumer credit/finance organisation based in Southside, Glasgow.
The main duties of the position will be to maintain and update the database, produce and distribute client information packs, review and distribute incoming mail, produce new business and credit risk statistics, process application forms and set up new clients.
The successful candidate will have previous experience within a similar role, have an excellent telephone manner and a minimum of 6 months experience in an administrative position within a customer service environment.

First People Solutions require experienced call centre customer service advisors for our client, a leading retail consumer credit/finance organisation based in Cessnock, Glasgow
EXPERIENCE
You must have a solid work history, experience within a similar administrative role would be desirable and a friendly telephone manner is necessary, lots of team spirit and a real commitment to helping the customer. Good keyboard skills and flexibility are also required.
