THE ROLE Receptionist
Location: Glasgow
Salary:£12.5k - £16k
Benefits Package: TBC
Reporting to: Office Manager
THE COMPANY
My client is a well known, large legal firm within Glasgow City Centre. A vacancy has arisen for their Glasgow office, which will entail working from Reception and providing switchboard cover. The hours of work for this position are 10.00 am to 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday.
The key features of this role are to provide the firm with an effective and efficient reception service, which will involve being first point of contact for clients and visitors to the office ensuring they are welcomed in a courteous and professional manner.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Previous reception experience is desirable for this position. The successful candidate will have strong people and organisational skills and the ability to use their own initiative and prioritise workloads effectively. Knowledge of Word and Excel is also required.
