THE ROLE - Management Accountant
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: Competitive DOE

This is an organization which is renowned for its commitment to providing exceptional service to an array of independent, corporate & commercial, not-for-profit and public sector clients. Remaining at the fore-front of chartered accountancy has been achievable by a genuine flexibility in a changing market and a forward thinking and adaptable approach to forecasting business needs.
Now seeking an experienced management account; to be responsible for:
-Managing existing client-accounts and developing new business opportunities
-Presentation of fees and proposals to secure new business opportunities
-Building and maintaining client relationships
-Preparation and review of management accounts and VAT returns
-Preparation of annual accounts for variety of registered clients
You will be:
-CA/ACCA qualified and will have a minimum of 1 year post-qual experience
-Strong technical reporting experience
-Sound commercial awareness
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and competent in presenting figures in a tangible and relevant manner
-Excellent understanding and experience of accounts preparation
Additionally, you must be able to work on your own initiative whilst remaining a genuine team-player able and willing to coach and develop more junior members of team.
This is a role that will facilitate career-progression into a team management capacity and will offer a genuine path for personal development.
