THE ROLE Receptionist / Senior Administrator Location: Glasgow / Hillington Salary:£7/hour initially increasing to £9.50/hour Benefits Package: N/A Reporting to: Operations Manager Duration:Temp to Perm Hours of Work8.45am - 5.30pm Mon-Fri THE COMPANY Our client is the leading provider of turnkey network infrastructure solutions and services that allow clients to achieve real business performance benefits from communications infrastructure. THE ROLE Our clients require an experienced Senior Administrator/Receptionist to fulfill an extremely varied and busy role. Initially you will be required to cover reception for approx 4 weeks - dealing with all incoming calls on a busy switchboard ensuring meeting rooms are prepared, ensuring all supplies such as tea coffee etc are always in stock, managing meeting room diaries etc. The role will then move into a back office post of Office Manager/Senior Administrator with responsibilities covering HR, PA to 2 Directors and general office management tasks such as overseeing reception, ensuring all support work is being facilitated. Our ideal candidates will be an excellent multitasker, not afraid to role up sleeves and get stuck in, to assist in various areas of the business. Our clients are a medium sized office and most of the support staff work hybrid roles and assist where ever needed. Flexibility, adaptability and a real positive attitude are key to this post!!
