CIVIL SUB-AGENT OBAN £32k-36k DOE PERMANENT JOB

A CIVIL SUB-AGENT is required to join a major civil engineering contractor. Based in the Oban region, the role will involve delivering engineering excellence through cost-efficient, client focused solutions - from minor works through to major infrastructure projects.
The successful candidate will join a profitable market leader in construction. Training is second to none as is their excellent review and progression process which allows each individual to further their career.
The right candidate will have extensive experience working on civil engineering projects, specifically Roads/Highways/Water, and will be looking to take the next step after working as an engineer. They will be educated to HNC (or above) in Civil Engineering and will have a proven track record in this field. It is important that the chosen candidate can demonstrate leadership skills and have a desire to progress their career. Key responsibilities will include:
- assisting in the management of all site staff (inc. section engineers, engineers and
sub-contractors)
- ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to
- ensuring materials are ordered as and when required
- attending site meetings
