THE ROLE
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £14,500 per annum
Reporting to: Office Manager
THE COMPANY
Due to the implementation of a new contract, a leading Distribution company based in Edinburgh are now looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their leading Accounts team. The role involves:
Processing sales invoices and payments, purchase invoices and payments
Cash book work and bank reconciliations
Supplier/Customer reconciliations
Maintaining ledgers
Nominal Ledger reconciliations
Dealing with customer queries
Filing and general admin support.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this role you must have previous accounts experience and have a good working knowledge of Excel and Sage. You must also have the ability to work efficiently and have attention to detail
