- Full Description:
You will be required to carry out performance management surveys of properties and provide comprehensive, accurate, costed reports in accordance with best practice in property management.
Assist in the preparation and implementation of improvement proposals in accordance with best practice in property management.
Process all requests received from properties in the assigned area for repairs and maintenance including , where necessary, survey of the problem, complete risk assessment, issue work orders to contractors, inspection of completed works and authorisation of invoices.
