| Superlative market reputation coupled with global success of their funds has ensured internal growth within this Investment Company. As a result they are looking for a Test Analyst to join them in Edinburgh. Overview: Responsible for testing the Global Accounting suite of reports. The Accounting suite is comprised of Institutional and Fund Accounting standard and client specific data and reports. You will collaborate with product managers, business analysts and technology partners to ensure that the reports deliver the expected results based on the requirements. Requirements: • Write and execute test plans for strategic and client specific Accounting deliverables. • Define and perform User Acceptance Testing for the Accounting suite of information. • Become a Subject Matter Expert for the online reporting product - features, functions and information. • Thorough understanding of business requirements to support testing activities and production support activities. • Participate in defects analysis and review sessions. Experience Required: • Extensive knowledge of Fund Accounting • Strong testing process skills and experience, including writing and executing test plans • Experience and understanding of online client access reporting applications • Excellent team collaboration skills with experience in working with virtual teams comprised of business and technology colleagues • Knowledge of accounting systems If you have the required experience and would like to find out more please send your CV to Barry McIntosh barry.mcintosh@changejobs.net.
