Our client is a private construction consultancy who operates in several offices inScotland. This organisation requires an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work on a number of health care, education, public sector and residential projects.
The company employ Quantity Surveyors, Building Surveyors, Project Managers, CAD technicians and Valuation Surveyors.
You will have experience in the UK as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably in pre and post-contact roles. You will also be MRICS qualified or working towards this qualification. This company will fully support you to achieve this goal as well as support you throughout every stage of your career.
Recent projects include steading conversion projects, college and education projects spanning over three years, other residential, commercial and industrial projects and a number of health care projects as well.
Duties include -
Preparing estimated costs and cost plans
Preparing Bills of Quantities
Site measurement of contractors work
Preparation of interim valuations
Preparation of financial forecasts
Preparation of final accounts
Project Management of small projects
You will be required to run your own projects.
