| Our client seeks a candidate to successfully manage all aspects of renewables business in line with the business plan and strategic direction of the Business, within a Geographic Area. Assist with the Identification of new market sectors that the existing renewables business can professionally and profitably enter into. The accountabilitiesfor this role include - Strategic expansion and consolidation of the renewables business. Primary target would be the on-shore windfarm market particularly to establish a foothold in Northern England. Establish, maintain and build key client relationships. Responsibility to assist in the profitable expansion of the Renewables business in line with its business plan Establish construction teams to efficiently manage the works. Identify commercial opportunities at site level or regional, to establish and gain our clients advantage. Implement, work to and monitorour clientssystems of work. Profitable contract delivery. Commercially aware ability to negotiate contracts, sub-contracts and claims. Planning, forecasting and subsequently reporting contract performance. Identifying, negotiating and managing Key sub-contractors to deliver to the project. Working knowledge of the Renewables Market and construction techniques. Successful candidates will display experience and skills in the following - Risk appreciation of the Renewable market- particularly windfarms Ability to achieve pipeline of work, revenue and profit targets Able to represent and promoteour clientas a supplier/partner Influencing skills and Presentation skills Ability to work alone and with others Numerate, Computer literate, driven. Approachable, professional, will need to give clients the expectation of honesty, trust and reliability Willingness to travel and cover a geographic area A hands on approach with proven ability to run own jobs. Accurate and highly organised. Ability to identify and resolve problems at an early stage. Experience of design and construct contracts. The successful candidate will benefit from a generous salary packagethat should exceed £50,000. The role also offers a Car, Bonus and Pension. |
