    A sheltered housing provider, based in Edinburgh, urgently requires a Temporary Housing Assistant for a period of approx. 3 months to provide support to the Housing Management team.

    The role is a diverse one and will involve tasks such as:

    * Making welfare calls to residences
    * Assist in the design and preparation of a Residents Handbook
    * Coordination of all rotas for determining cover issues across residences
    * Collect data relating to Houses in Multiple Occupation applications
    * Ensuring staff vacancies are identified and preparing the documentation
    * Sending of batch mail to residences

    The ideal candidate for the role will have:

    * An understanding of Social Housing
    * Highly efficient IT skills including Database and Spreadsheet
    * excellent telephone manner
    * excellent customer care attitude
    * good time management skills
    * ability to work on own initiative and with minimal supervision
    * able to prioritise workloads efficiently
