Office Administrator required for Dundee Office of leading UK Specialist Recruitment Consultancy. Providing full support to a team of busy and target orientated recruitment consultants you will be responsible for performing general administrative duties including:
- General Reception duties
- Implementing Compliance Procedures
- Data Inputting
- Scanning and dealing with incoming / outgoing mail.
This role also includes covering our Perth Satellite Office.
You will also be the first point of call for visitors into our business, meeting and greeting and fielding queries from clients and candidates entering the building.
You will have experience of working within an office environment and must be able to demonstrate knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook. The successful candidate will be a team player with a professional and flexible approach to work.
