| NEW VACANCY - CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do you enjoy providing customer service? Are you interested in the latest mobile phone technology? Then this position will be ideal for you!!!! Position: Inbound Customer Service/Technical Support Location: Inchinnan Business Park (near Glasgow Airport) Contract: Temp – Perm after a 13 week probationary period Salary: £13500 rising to £14500 after successful completion of probationary period Pay: Weekly Hours: Mon – Fri, shifts between 8am – 8pm Duties: You will be required to answer inbound calls from 3G customers regarding their mobile phone handsets. The types of calls you may experience include: Bounce calls, phone returned to customer and still doesn’t work Accessories, phone sent back with e.g. battery missing Out of Warranty, customer is charged for repair as it is out of warranty Beyond economical repair, cannot be fixed due to e.g. water damage Technical support calls, ranging from issues with internet, to problems texting Skills & Experience Required: Previous customer service experience within a contact centre environment A general interest in mobile phones Good knowledge of 3G mobiles and the technology behind them Start Date: ASAP If this role is of interest to you please call Catrina Short immediately on 0141 566 4966 or respond to catrina.short@trgrecruitment.net. |
