A leading Edinburgh City Centre professional services firm are currently looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to its busy and expanding accounts department. This is an entry level accounts position for a candidate with a solid background in accounts, the candidate will have the following duties and responsibilities:
- Processing of Invoices to the in house system
- Matching, batching and coding of invoices
- Maintenance of accounting records
- Processing of all billing receipts
- Printing of ad-hoc reports
- Other finance duties as required
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience in accounts and have a strong working knowledge of accounting processes and procedures. Initially for a 6 month period minimum but with the view to being extended outwith this
Salary £14,000 plus excellent benefits package
