| THE ROLE:Sales & Service Customer Service Officer LOCATION: Glasgow City Centre SALARY: £14,219 to £16,000 depending on experience HOURS: Monday to Friday between 8am-6pm and every second Saturday 8am-1pm BENEFITS: Profit Share of up to 10% of annual salary, Sharesave Scheme, generous annual leave entitlement and flexible benefits package to suit your lifestyle. THE COMPANY Our client, are a UK leader in the provision of credit card finance are currently seeking to expand their team in Glasgow. THE ROLE You will be handling inbound from existing credit card customers regarding general account enquiries with a view to up-selling additional information where possible. You will accurately identify customer needs, offering an efficient and reliable service whilst maintaining a high level of customer focus. You will provide an excellent experience for all customers whilst ensuring compliance with company regulations and guidelines. EXPERIENCE Previous customer service experience coupled with the drive to work towards targets is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be a strong team player.
