| To facilitate the provision of a high quality bereavement support service for patients and their families (including young adults), throughout the patient’s illness and into bereavement and to review and develop the work and effectiveness of the bereavement service, including the development of practice and audit standards for bereavement The postholder will spend approximately 50% of their working time providing Counselling Therapy (including assessments) and approximately 50% of their working time developing and managing the services. |
