Organisational Development Consultant - Make Your Mark!
As part of this major global organisation you will have the opportunity to be a part of this dynamic division as part of the wider project pool across this company. This company is currently looking to strengthen it' s OD function and are therefore looking for individuals who can demonstrate OD skills and have the ability to manage and deliver projects.
Ideally you will have experience of cultural shift programmes, change management and consultancy skills. Talent management and leadership development experience would also be hugely beneficial going in to this role.
The purpose of this role will be to offer support, advice and give consultancy in the areas of organisational design, development and change.
Project management skills could be essential in this role as you will be required to manage projects and assignments to deliver on time, to budget and to standard including production of project proposals that can demonstrate understanding of client needs and organisational issues.
An excellent knowledge of organisational theory and organisational data analysis is key in this role. As well, excellent consultancy, relationship management and negotiating skills should be demonstrated. Experience or understanding of adult and group learning methods would be of benefit.
Those with the above criteria and experience within a Financial Services, FMCG or Telecoms environment could be well suited to this role.
