| The Company A public sector organisation based in an office in Cranhill/Easterhouse area of Glasgow The Job A job share working Thursday, Friday and alternate Wednesdays 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. This is a temporary contract. Duties include the following:- · Updating database systems · Typing standard letters · Dealing with mail and filing · Meeting and greeting visitors at reception · Answering and transferring calls and dealing with enquiries The successful candidate will have recent experience in an office administration role and familiarity with recent versions of Microsoft office.
