| This opportunity will allow you to work as a Project Managerwithin an international leading property group where you will be responsible for your own projects and drive forward yourown design teams. This company have 12 offices in the UK, you would be based out if the Edinburgh office. This reputable and friendly office employs 8 building surveyors including a CAD Technician, you will report to the Partner who currently project manages some of the medium sized projects and you will work alongside one other Project Manager. The projects include several retail/showroom projects, two in Edinburgh, one in Birmingham and 5 more planned to be completed before September 2009. You will also be involved in the Project Management of a health care project in Scotland, a private group are developing a new medical facility for patients requiring minor treatments. This facility will include a dental surgery, NHS Suite and room for future expansion. |
