The role of the Customer Sales Support manager is to provide sales support to customers and Field/Inside Sales Representatives across a range of activities, owning and actioning requests and issues and resolving in a timely manner to ensure optimum customer service and satisfaction at all times.
The Key Responsibilities of the Customer Sales Support manager is to create/update product configurations based on specifications from sales and maintain pricing agreements as directed by sales and approve pricing in line with delegation authority also to guide Sales in maximising margin, analysing margin status on new and existing deals to plan and implement recovery plans, this is through the Set-up and maintenance of deals on the companys direct management tool (customer details, product/pricing information, customer specific requests e.g. factory services and logistics requirements)
The successful candidate for this role is going to have a settled history and a proven strength in customer services preferably in a business to business environment.
