| Design and Build Manager (Telecoms) Salary Circa £35k + Benefits Aspirare Recruitment Scotland is currently recruiting for a Design and Build Manager for their Livingston based client. Job Purpose: To manage and execute all design and build contracts in the telecoms market. Duties: Oversee/carry out site surveys, complete planning and detailed design drawings. Arrange build quotes and prepare tender documents Ensure department is run with efficiency Project Management of all design and build contracts Qualifications: Minimum Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering Experience: 5 years + experience in the telecoms industry Skills: PC Literate Team Player with the ability to manage and motivate a team of in-house staff and sub-contractors Ability to use own initiative. Ability to create and maintain good relationships with clients.
