| Part-time Care Assistant (Weekend cover) Job profile We are currently looking to recruit part-time Home Carers to provide Home care services within the Midlothian area. Working weekends only with a first call at 8am and last call at 9.30pm on average 7 hours per day. Dependent on our clients needs you will be required to assist in the preparation of meals, help with personal hygiene and dressing. Company Information First People Care Solutions is an independent provider of home care services. We provide practical support services to older people to live within their own homes for as long as possible. Experience & Qualifications Having an SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred but not essential, however having extensive experience working with older people in either their homes or in a nursing home environment is essential for this role. Own transport will be beneficial. Applicants must undergo Enhanced Disclosure Scotland screening and provide at least three referees.
