Job profile This is a Corporate Lawyer vacancy within a forward thinking, progressive international law firm, placed in the top 15 of UK law firms. As a Corporate Lawyer, with 4 years + PQE, you will be a strong corporate lawyer with experience in corporate finance and M&A work. You will work with clients at the forefront of their strategic development, advising o mergers, acquisitions, disposals, flotations, takeovers, buy-ins and buyouts, joint ventures and investments.
Company Information Ranked as one of the top 15 legal firms within the UK, my client offers an excellent opportunity for prospective employees. They are a large national corporate firm with 100 lawyers and 35 partners.
Experience & Qualifications The successful candidate will have a strong academic background with excellent communication and organizational skills. You will have gained experience in a large firm environment, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development. You must be a team player with a strong client focused approach.
Location: Based in Glasgow City Centre, this firm is easily accessed by multiple motorway routes, bus routes and train stations.
