| The Place Market leading retailer with a reputation for quality and excellence is looking to recruit a Regional HR Manager to be field based in the Aberdeen area and cover all their 30+ locations from Inverness to Dundee. The Job As Regional HR Manager you will responsible for supporting the HR process and being a key advisor to the operational management team. Change / performance and training management are key tasks within this role as well as ER at all levels. You will liaise with and be supported by a central HR function in but will be required to make key HR business decisions in conjunction with the Regional Director. The Person To be considered for this role you must have previous experience in a HR Management (large single or multi-site) role gained within a retail / hospitality / tourism environment. You must have a hands on approach in order to deliver the administrative and team facing parts of this role. This is a demanding role that requires real involvement in operations and frequent travel throughout Scotland The Rewards A salary of up to £35000 + car + bonus is available for the right candidate Xpress Recruitment is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
