Architectural Technician £25000-£35000 + Excellent Benefits
Aspirare are currently recruiting for an Architectural Technician for a multi-national engineering and design consultancy. The successful candidate will be expected to be able to produce high quality detailed architectural drawings on AutoCAD from designs produced by Architects and Architectural Assistants for a wide range of new build and refurb building designs.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum HND qualified
RIBA Part 1 and have experience in producing architectural detailing and general construction issue drawings
Able to interpret Architectural instructions and have an awareness of construction methods.
Able to communicate effectively with clients and other professionals
RESPONSIBILITIES
To produce high quality detailed engineering drawings from designs produced by Architects and Graduate Architectural Assistants for concept and detailed design building projects
To work as part of an integrated building design team, in close collaborations with mechanical /electrical engineers and civil/structural engineers.
To raise the standards of performance to the highest possible level in accordance with the business strategy.
