| THE ROLE:Direct Banking Officer LOCATION: Glasgow City Centre SALARY: £12,228 plus bonus HOURS: Full and Part Time hours available on a 24 hour contract BENEFITS: Profit Share of up to 10% of annual salary, Sharesave Scheme, generous annual leave entitlement and flexible benefits package to suit your lifestyle. THE ROLE You will be handling inbound from existing customers regarding general account enquiries with a view to up-selling additional information where possible. You will accurately identify customer needs, offering an efficient and reliable service whilst maintaining a high level of customer focus. You will provide an excellent experience for all customers whilst ensuring compliance with company regulations and guidelines. EXPERIENCE Previous customer service experience coupled with the drive to work towards targets is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be a strong team player.
