Senior Project Manager
A well established and reputable contracting organisation, who have continually developed their strategy to become one of the leading players in construction and allied activities.
Consistently sharpening and re-shaping its services to capitalise on an ever-changing market, results in continuous success and the demand for a Senior Project Manager.
Engaged through conventional procurement routes, design and build, or negotiated/partnership agreements, this firm have completed an impressive array of projects across the length and breadth of Britain.
With a proven track record in a lead role of a project management capacity, the individual sought may be from a Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Project Management or Civil/Structural Design background and ideally have at least 6 years experience managing various projects.
Experience in co-ordinating consultants throughout design and feasibility, subsequently managing on site contractors and specialists during construction phases and a commercial acumen and conscientious approach to budget and programme are desirable.
