| Construction Manager (x3) Edinburgh / Glasgow One of the world's leading project management and construction companies with a presence in over 40 countries. With an annual turnover in excess of £700 million and profits from fee-based construction continually increasing through a varied workload, this team of professionals are seeking a Construction Manager to become involved in their success. This business develops by using industry best practices when working with clients to create high quality, sustainable property assets, resulting in repeat business to the order book and close working relationships with prestigious organisations. Ideally the sought individual will be degree qualified in Construction Management or a similar construction related field. A proven track record working within a similar position of leadership is desirable as well previous involvement managing large scale projects. Some of the principle tasks incorporated on a daily basis will involve delegating operational responsibilities related to projects and contractors, achieving key goals, monitoring and reviewing contractor performance and supplying feedback to teams and individuals. Overall the successful applicant will be responsible and recognised for driving the job to successful completion.
