| Our client is looking to recruit a Managing Quantity Surveyor for their East of Scotland office, based in Edinburgh, with close links to Newbridge and the city by-pass. They have two projects currently that you will be involved with, one a £12 million office development based in Central Edinburgh, the other a £15 million Student Accommodation scheme, again Central Edinburgh. As a Managing Quantity Surveyor you will oversee these along with one or two other existing projects. Long term career prospects with this role are very good as our clients Edinburgh business is growing and this will provide opportunities for further career progression. You will report directly to the Commercial Director. The company has a turnover of £850 million per year, achieved through ongoing success inthe market sectors of affordable housing, education, health, defence, airports, commercial and interiors, culture and heritage.
