THE ROLE
In this role you will be supporting the sales team by providing the highest level of customer service to existing and new commercial customers. You will be supporting the sales team by arranging clients orders by checking availability of stock and arranging dispatch of the goods. You will also be speaking with the customers by telephone and e-mail, dealing with any enquiries they have.
THE COMPANY
You will be working on behalf of the world's largest information technology corporation who are based in Bishopton.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants should have previous customer service experience within a business to business environment. Excellent communication and keyboard skills are also essential for this role
