The Role
Customer Service & Sales Executives are required to join a financial services organization in Glasgow City Centre. You will be providing excellent levels of customer service to new customers who have queries about accounts, balance transfers, card issues and other features. These calls are inbound.
You will provide a quality experience and promote additional products to customers.

Our client a rapidly expanding global organization -also the worlds largest independent third party transaction processor, providing financial services institutions with tailored solutions for in-house or out-sourced transaction processing.

Working in a city centre location you will work 5 days out of 7 and 37.5 hours per week - shift patterns will be between 8am and 10pm.
Experience
Previous contact centre experience is required with a minimum of 6 months providing excellent levels of customer service and achieving targets, financial services experience is preferable however full training will be given, also required are excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for personal achievement
LOCATION - Glasgow City Centre
SALARY - £13,500 + excellent benefits and bonus
HOURS - 37.5 hours per week working 5 days out of 7 shift patterns will be between 8am and 10pm
