| THE ROLE You will support and lead a team of Customer Service Advisors who are there to provide excellent customer service to new customers who have queries about accounts, balance transfers, card issues and other features. THE COMPANY Our client a rapidly expanding global organisation -also the worlds largest independent third party transaction processor, providing financial services institutions with tailored solutions for in-house or out-sourced transaction processing. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Previous Team Leader experience within a contact centre is required, previous financial services experience would be preferred but is not essential as full training will be given. You should have a proven track record on customer service and sales (up selling and cross selling) and leading others to do the same. Also required are excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for personal achievement All applicants will be subject to a credit and reference check prior to commencing employment with the company.
