| The Place: An award winning converted Georgian Townhouse located in the very centre of Edinburgh. This property has established it’s self at the top end of the Edinburgh social scene with its contemporary styling and imaginative cuisine The Job: We are looking for a Sous Chef to join the kitchen. Working alongside an excellent Head chef you will be joining a team of 16 chefs with a work hard, play hard mentality. This is a unit that manages to combine high volume with excellent quality on a daily basis. The Person: This is a role for a chef who is passionate about what they do and who is intent on having a successful career in the industry. Ideally with 5yrs + cooking experience and international exposure you will bring a cool head to service, creativity to your menus and a desire to deliver consistently high standards in everything you do.
